SHIPPING POLICY

The Saad Tech delivers across Pakistan.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time
Major cities: 1 to 3 working days.
Other areas: 3 to 6 working days.
Delivery can take longer during sales, public holidays, or bad weather.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on our first 25 orders (launch offer). After that, a delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout.

Payment
Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS.

Address Details
Please give a complete address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details. Orders refused or not answered by the customer may be cancelled.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel looks damaged, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
